Visas
Long-Term Visa Requirements (for Study in KSA)
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
- Submit a valid passport with at least six months remaining from the date of entry into the Kingdom.
- Obtain an official admission offer from a licensed and accredited educational institution in Saudi Arabia.
- Provide proof of financial ability to cover tuition and living expenses, or present a financial guarantee.
- Submit written consent from a guardian and accompanying dependents for applicants under 18 years of age.
- Provide a medical report confirming the applicant is free from infectious diseases.
- Submit valid health insurance documentation for the visa holder and dependents.
- Provide proof of proficiency in the language of study, except for those applying to Arabic-language programs.

Scholarships
- Applicants to internal or external scholarship programs at Riyadh University of Arts must meet all admission requirements and receive official acceptance before a scholarship is awarded.
- Applicants must not exceed 19 years of age for bachelor’s programs, 30 years for master’s programs, and 35 years for doctoral programs. The University Council may grant exceptions in certain cases.
- Applicants may not apply for or hold another scholarship simultaneously from any other Saudi institution.
- All certificates, academic records, and supporting documents must be duly attested.
- Applicants must not have been academically or disciplinarily dismissed from any Saudi institution.
- Continuation of the scholarship is subject to maintaining satisfactory academic performance in accordance with RUA regulations.
