Riyadh University of Arts brings together the full breadth of the cultural sector, offering programs at every level in collaboration with the world’s leading academic institutions. From short courses and diplomas to bachelor’s, master’s, higher diplomas, and doctorates, every path is designed to turn ambition into achievement.
Our colleges will launch in gradual phases reaching 13 colleges by 2030. This journey reflects RUA’s commitment to building the Kingdom’s most comprehensive home for culture, creativity, and talent.

Tuition Fees and Scholarships
Riyadh University of Arts structures tuition fees according to the level of study, from diploma to doctoral programs, ensuring clarity and alignment with each academic path. A range of scholarships will also be made available to support eligible students. RUA aims to empower creatives beyond financial support. We are committed to providing them with an environment that enhances creativity, nurtures ambition, ultimately enabling them to contribute to the Kingdom’s cultural production.
