Overview
The College of Theater and Performing Arts offers immersive, intensive, studio-based education in Acting, Musical Theater, Performing Arts, Creative Direction, and Production Arts, with clear pathways across performance, creative leadership, and technical production. Training is performance-led, placing students in demanding studio environments that build technical excellence, creative confidence, and the ability to collaborate at a professional pace across theater, live performance, and screen contexts.
The College brings together foundational practices and contemporary approaches to performance-making, engaging with the Kingdom's rapidly expanding cultural and creative sectors alongside international practices. Through sustained training, experimentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and creative leadership, students develop the adaptability, problem-solving capacity, and entrepreneurial mindset required to shape new work, build creative ventures, and contribute to the future of the performing arts locally, regionally, and globally.
Academic quality and global benchmarking are supported through international partnerships, ensuring programs are benchmarked to international standards while being purpose-built for the Saudi cultural sector, equipping graduates with the skills to develop careers within the Kingdom and to lead creative practice internationally. Alongside this, the College is deeply industry-facing, embedding professional practice through guest artists, applied projects, and real-world creative contexts. Graduates leave not only industry-ready, but industry-shaping, emerging as highly trained artists, makers, and creative entrepreneurs equipped to develop the Saudi cultural sector and pursue international careers.
